Admissions Policy:

In order to participate in the program please go to the Forms section of the website and print and complete the intake form. You may mail to 16 Front St #300 Salem, MA 01970 or scan and email to northshoredbt@gmail.com. When we receive this form we will contact you to schedule an intake appointment. This program requires a one-hour intake, with adolescent and their parent(s) to determine appropriateness for the program and commitment to DBT protocol. A contract to participate in the entire 16 week program is required and early withdrawal does not eliminate financial obligation. At least one parent is required to attend each class in adolescent skills training. Both parents may attend. Participation in individual therapy is required. A DBT therapist is highly recommended, although not required. Consultation to your therapist can be provided during course of DBT skills training.

Participants in the adult program will be interviewed individually prior to admission.  Individual therapy is also required to attend.

Schedule of Payments:

      Intake: $150.00 (non refundable, due at time of session (Venmo or check)

      Parent/Adolescent Program: $150 per class

      Adult Program: $100 per class

      Cost of Program: $2400 for Parent/Adolescent Program & $1600 for Adult Program

Payment Plan Available:

      Four installments of $400(Adult) $600(Parent/Adol)

      Eight installments of $200(Adult) $300(Parent/Adol)

  • The Skills Training Class is Private Pay Only

  • Your insurance company may reimburse you for sessions but there is no guarantee.

  • Participants are responsible to make their own arrangements with their insurance companies.

  • DBT is not group therapy. This is a skills training class.

  • Commitment to the program requires an obligation to pay a minimum of one-month in advance and full 16 weeks of training is obliged upon commitment to the class.

  • Early withdrawal from skills training does not eliminate financial obligation
